Refund Policy

GSN Tickets is a ticketing platform operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC. Each event listed on GSN Tickets is sold by an independent Organizer (a sports team, club, or event promoter). The Organizer is the merchant of record and is responsible for the refund policy that applies to your ticket.

1. Default Policy

Unless an Organizer publishes a different policy on the event page, ticket sales are final and non-refundable once the order is confirmed. This protects the Organizer against last-minute cancellations after capacity has been allocated.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an Organizer cancels an event, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding non-refundable platform fees, where permitted by law). If an event is postponed, the original ticket will typically be honored at the rescheduled date; if you cannot attend, contact the Organizer to request a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact the Organizer using the contact information on the team's GSN Tickets page.
  2. Provide your order ID (visible on your order confirmation page).
  3. Allow 5–10 business days for the Organizer to review and process the refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank settlement may take additional days depending on your card issuer.

4. Refunded Tickets are Voided

When a refund is processed, the corresponding ticket QR code is automatically invalidated and cannot be used for entry.

5. Platform Fees

GSN Tickets platform fees (default 5% + $0.30 per transaction) and Stripe processing fees may be non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage buyers to contact the Organizer first before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed by the Organizer and may result in account suspension.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law (for example, distance-selling regulations or local event-ticketing rules). If you believe your statutory rights have been infringed, please contact the Organizer first, and then us if the matter is not resolved.
